What do I need for BJJ
In Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), the uniform is essential for both training and competition. Practitioners need a kimono, also known as a Gi, and a rashguard. The Gi is crucial for practicing grips, throws, and submissions, while the rashguard provides protection against friction and bacteria, and helps regulate body temperature. At our club, we offer two models of GIs: the official club premium Gi, which features high-quality materials and intricate designs for maximum performance and durability, and a basic Gi, which provides excellent value and functionality for everyday training. Both options ensure you are well-equipped to excel in your BJJ journey.
